Egyptian Advanced Multimedia Systems

EAMS is a share holding company established under Free Zones Investments Law in Egypt by

Fast TV

FastTV was the first company in Sweden to launch IP TV services to consumers. The actual TV service is supplied by the Swedish Space Corporation and is distributed via various Swedish, Norwegian and Danish metro nets. During 2006 FastTV has launched triple play services including VoIP and broadband. Billiant is used as the Customer Care and Billing platform for all three countries. The system is tightly integrated with the TV service so provisioning of subscriptions is instant through direct communication with the TV Portal, e-mail server and so on. Billiant also rates Video On Demand transactions.

Spantel is Caleo's first customer in the Spanish market. The company offers fixed line and mobile phone services, DSL broadband and Internet services to consumers and commercial customers. Spantel has a large network of resellers and also manage billing for partner companies that sell branded versions of Spantel's products.

Generic Mobile

Generic Mobile acquired the messaging service Minicall™ from the Swedish operator Telia. Caleo assisted Generic in replacing the existing billing solution based on Telia's mainframe billing system Mobill, which is used by Telia Mobile. The project included everything from pre-study and integrations to data migration, test and production start.

SBS is an Application Service Provider that offers customer care and billing services based on Billiant. Scandinavian Billing Services is now a part of Svea Ekonomi.


Öretel is a Malmö-based Swedish operator offering fixed and IP-telephony and Internet services, which uses Billiant for customer care and billing.


Nortech is a Swedish operator of IP-Centrex, hosting and co-location solutions that use Billiant for customer care and billing.


Duvialla is a swedish prefix operator for fixed line telephony. Duvialla has used billiant for customer care and billing since 2004.


Eurobell is a swedish operator for fixed line telephony and DSL services. Eurobell has used billiant for customer care and billing since 2003, and was aquired by Tele2 in 2005.


Tripnet is a Gothenburg based ISP offering broadband services, hosting and co-location. Tripnet was a partner in developing Billiant already in 2000.
